$25 per visit$5 per 10 minutes dog walking during visit
$10 for key pick up or drop off outside of the consultation or paid visits
$5 peak period surcharge applies on Christmas day, New Years day, Easter Friday, and Easter Monday
A pet sitting visit to your home includes feeding, fresh water, clean up/litter trays, health checks and cuddles as required for your pets, as well as administering medication if necessary. We can also do a brief security check of your house and any little chores needed to make your home look lived in and to maintain your property, such as putting the bins out and some light watering. We're happy to provide daily sms/email updates at your request, and you are welcome to contact us at any time to see how your pets are going. We do not stay overnight in your home, but exceptions can occassionally be made during non-peak seasons depending on where you live.
The standard rate will cover pet care and house care required by most suburban households without any additional charges, however if you have a very large or demanding menagerie, or substantial other chores such as heavy watering, it is worthwhile enquiring for a quote.
We recommend a daily short walk for most dogs. Even if you do not walk your dog regularly while home, he or she will easily become bored when left alone for a longer time than usual. A brief walk is a great way to provide the mental stimulation your dog requires. If you are concerned about your dog becoming bored or being destructive when left at home, ask us for some tips to keep them entertained throughout the day!
We will come by for a free initial consultation before first looking after your pets so you can meet your pet sitter, introduce us to the pets, show us around, and give us any keys we will need.
